Let your engine breathe: replace your original filter with the Malossi W Box, an excellent quality, high-flow filter that ensures optimal air filtration and flow, without the need to remap the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or perform any carburettor adjustment.

To keep your vehicle running at its peak performance, we recommend regular air filter replacement, ideally coinciding with your oil filter change. For those who ride on off-road or heavily dusty paths, consider more frequent maintenance.

After all, riding with a dirty or blocked air filter - or even completely without one - reduces both fuel efficiency and power output. This radically affects your vehicle's performance and causes premature engine wear and tear.

What about the heart of the filter? A hydrophobic synthetic filtering media, with uniform polyester fibres guaranteeing exceptional air permeability (up to 2800 l/s·m² with a pressure drop of only 200 Pa). This ensures filtering effectiveness that never drops off, whether you're in pole position or stuck in traffic at a red light.

Technical specifications:

• It’s water-repellent: water is not absorbed; it simply slides off.
• It’s washable and reusable: only water and soap are needed to restore at least 90% of its initial performance.
• It's custom-designed: every W BOX is specifically designed for the individual engine type, featuring a surface optimised to perfectly fill the intake volumes, reducing fluid dynamic losses.
• Featuring multi-layer oiled, long-fibre cotton mesh, contained within epoxy-coated aluminum grids, and embedded in 30 ShA expanded PU to ensure superior sealing.
