Technical features

• Half-pulley made of aluminium alloy with silicon content, machined on very highprecision CNC machines and diamond-finished, with recalculated profiling of the roller sliding guides.
• Sliding bushing made of self-lubricating sintered steel.
• Hub made of alloyed steel with sliding surface featuring a hard chromium facing that is ground and lapped.
• Calibrated, highly resistent HTROLL rollers made of CPT with a specific formula.

Faq

• I need to replace the rollers in my Malossi variator. I would like to know what roller weight I can fit to get more snap compared to the configuration you have assembled.

  The variators are supplied with the optimum calibration for us. It is possible to customise them to your liking according to the preparation of the vehicle, drawing on the very wide range of rollers available.

• Should I also fit the spring supplied in the Malossi variator or can I leave the original spring?

  If supplied, we recommend fitting the spring in the multivar.

• How often should I change the rollers and sliders of the Malossi variator?

  Our variators do not require any different maintenance than the original variator, so please follow the instructions in the vehicle's 'Use and Maintenance' booklet.
