Front fork swing arm for Piaggio Zip SP 50 2T LC

The original Zip SP swing arm holds its own, but Malossi takes things a step further. Our front fork swing arm is carved from a solid block of Ergal through precision CNC machining with a black anodised finish. By machining from billet rather than using a standard casting process, we eliminate porosity and structural weak points. The result is a signature Malossi component that is more reliable and looks significantly better.

The kit includes everything you need to fit it: a pre-assembled wheel axle, a connector, and two red anodised aluminum caps. It installs using the provided bolts and is fully compatible with original Piaggio spares as well as the MHR complete front wheel hub 2319692B.

We didn't just build it; we engineered it. We started by sectioning and analysing the original material, followed by a 3D scan to create a perfect CAD replica. Using FEM analysis, we mapped out how stress moves through the part, pinpointing exactly where it needed more rigidity. With those insights, our technical team redesigned the Malossi swing arm to push performance limits even higher.
