Racing forks with the highest performance

This forks were studied and designed using the best technology currently available world wide in the cross racing sector.

Malossi chose the most technologically advanced materials, thus producing stems in Anticorodal, a special aluminium alloy, and machining them from the solid. Fork tubes have a larger diameter and they have been lapped with chromium coating.

The F37R front forks are machined entirely from the solid in order to obtain the shape and structural strength required to withstand the elevated loads applied during competition.

Technical features:

1. Head tubes in special high-resistance steel produced on NC machines.
2. Crossbar in special forged alloy steel produced on Nc machines.
3. 37 mm Ø telescopic tubes in special steel, ground and lapped with chromium coating for exceptional smoothness of movement.
4. Stem in special extruded aluminium alloy (Anticorodal), machined from the solid using NC machines and anodized.
5. Wheel couplings in special aluminium alloy machined from the solid by chip machining.
6. Single-cartridge hydraulic piston system with sliding on D.U. bushes and oscillating oilseal bush to keep friction to an absolute minimum.
7. Spring loading adjustment.
8. Rebound braking adjustment.
9. Compression braking adjustment.
10. Range of fork 90 mm.

The F37R forks come supplied with:

• Screws, nuts, and everything else required for assembly.
• The great novelties of this fork is the new oversized Whoop Disc, now 250 mm of Ø, and the insertion into the kit of a clamp that allow the use of original brake caliper.
• This forks are perfectly compatible with the original one, and the assembly with Malossi's kit does not require any modification to the vehicle.
