The Supermoto MHR 100 exhaust has been designed with a clear goal in mind: to achieve the utmost performance n combination with the 100 cc cylinder it was built to work with. No compromises, just performance.

Each Scooter Racing exhaust is made from an exact and constant thickness of 0.8mm, laser-cut sheet metal, meticulously assembled thanks to T.I.G. and M.I.G. robotic welding as well as manual oxy-acetylene welding, and is finally hand-hammered to perfection. It is also equipped with a calibrated nozzle that complies with the extremely tight tolerances required to ensure that internal pressure always remains within optimal levels.

One more thing you need to know: the Supermoto exhaust expansion chamber is protected by a transparent coating, and its black anodized aluminum silencer with Malossi logo completes the work.

The cylinder mounting system features a three-bolt light alloy flange, designed to allow for perfect exhaust gas flow and to optimize its dynamics. The connection system of the black anodised aluminium silencer has also been simplified, it's now coupled directly to the exhaust expansion chamber thanks to a single screw. If the motard in the photo made your head spin, you can take its custom graphics for wrapping home too.
