Delivery

Weight and/or volume determines how your package is sent.
An urgent order? Place your order at the beginning of the week.
Warranty

We respond for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years from the date of delivery of the product.
In the event the warranty claim is approved, only the defective part will be replaced and retained by ourselves.
If, however, the warranty claim is not approved, the product will in any case be returned to the address indicated to us by you.

Shipping is carried out by FedEx express courier.
The shipping cost is € 6.00. In certain periods, promotions are activated which make the service free.
Shipping occurs upon receipt of payment, normally within 3 working days from the order date.

If you discover that the product is defective or unsuitable for use, you can send it back to us. We will carry out a check and in the event said defect is confirmed, we will send it to you again.
